Before Your Appointment:

  1. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, waxing, or tweezing for 2–4 weeks prior to your treatment.
  2. Please notify your technician if you are currently taking antibiotics or photosensitive medications.


Shaving Requirement:

Please arrive clean-shaven on the treatment area(s).

Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation or an additional fee (70% of the treatment cost).


Appointment & Cancellation Policy:

  1. Appointments are required.
  2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee of 70% of the treatment cost.
