We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice — or no-shows — will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the scheduled service price, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee or partial service charge may apply.
This policy allows us to respect the time of our staff and other clients. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may be restricted from future bookings.
