CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the scheduled service price, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
For package appointments, one session will be deducted from the package.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. A late fee, partial service charge, or package deduction may apply.
Membership Appointments:
Membership appointments follow the same 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice will result in the membership session being forfeited for that month. Membership sessions are non-refundable and do not roll over.
This policy allows us to respect the time of our staff and other clients. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may be restricted from future bookings.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
